All miniatures purchased on this site are by pre-order only. That means that you can purchase the figure in advance and it will be shipped as soon as the print run has been made.
Pre-orders can take Up to 90 Days or more to be shipped and delivered.
All orders in the United States will be shipped either Priority or Flat Rate Priority Mail which includes tracking.

All orders originating in the UK will be shipped domestically with tracking.
All orders originating in Europe will be shipped from Poland with tracking.
All orders originating outside of the US, UK, and EU will be shipped from the US with limited tracking.

Returns are not possible as this is a limited edition pre-order and each model is custom-made for each buyer.
Care has been taken to get you the highest quality casts available however some times a model may have slight imperfections due to the handmade process of resin casting. If you feel your model has severe defects please get in touch by emailing me at ShoshiesMinis@gmail.com so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order has been damaged in shipping please contact me at the above email with a photo and invoice for your purchase.
